Children receiving toys at a birthday party held for them at the Musana Feeding Centre.
Everyone had cake, candies and toys. They also received new soccer balls.
Thank-you to Vernon Christian School Secondary Campus, Eric Rande's family, Hailey and
Hannah for making this a great day for all the children. One girl writes, " Hello! My name is Queen.
I am in grade 7. I am 12 yrs old. I am praying for you. I will be praying and hoping that you would
have excellent health and enjoy school as it is a safe place to learn and grow. Also I am praying
that you will have a fantastic time on your Birthday God love u."

Thank-you to the Vernon Soccer Association and Shelley Zupp for providing jerseys, cleats
and balls for 2 men's teams, 2 women's teams, the children and the primary school.

The children received dried apples, thanks to the North Okanagan Valley Gleaners Society.
